What can you offer for a district job search?

We can do as little or as much as the district needs.  Our searches may include assistance with the development of the advertisement, mterview questions, rating sheet, writing sample, etc.  We can facilitate the paper screening, pre-interview screening and/or interview committee.  Each interview search for an interim or permanent position will be tailored to your district.

What will a district HR audit include?

This can be a complete audit of all personnel files or a random check to ensure necessary documents have been collected and properly filed.  Either approach will  result in a list of recommendations and commendations to guide further work in this area.

How will you approach the creation or review of an employee handbook?

This project will be completed in close consultation with the superintendent or delegated administrator.   It will include information that is pertinent to that district as well as general information related to state and federal law.

Absolutely! This can be done for administrators who are new to the district or who are new to administration.  While our services are mostly devoted to the hiring process, we certainly can create a district orientationprogram for your district orientation for new administrators.  

How would you approach the development of an observation assignment schedule?

This is a huge task, regardless of the size of your district.  We can create a template that can be used year after year.  Or, if needed, we can create the actual assignment chart and even maintain it throughout the school year.
